These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Adez Reception's website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Adez Reception provides AI-powered receptionist services to small and medium-sized businesses, including automated call answering, lead qualification, appointment booking, and follow-up communications. Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis.
You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Services are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
30-Day Guarantee: If we do not recover at least 5 qualified leads for your business within the first 30 days of service, you are entitled to a full refund. This guarantee applies to new clients only and requires the service to be fully set up and operational.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at adais@adezreception.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period unless covered by the 30-day guarantee.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of our SMS and calling features complies with applicable telecommunications laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and relevant FCC regulations. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from your customers to receive automated calls and messages.
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Adez Reception and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adez Reception shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from using our services will meet your expectations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adez Reception from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
